§1 Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop resellvintage.de by consumers (§ 13 BGB).

 

§2 Conclusion of Contract The product descriptions in the online shop serve as an invitation to submit a purchase offer. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding purchase offer. The purchase contract is concluded only upon our dispatch of the goods. You will be informed about the dispatch by email.

 

§3 Prices and Shipping Costs Prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the order process.

§4 Payment The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

  • PayPal: Payment via the service provider PayPal.

  • Credit Card: Debit occurs upon completion of the order.

  • Klarna: Payment by invoice or instant transfer via Klarna.

§5 Retention of Title The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
