Since your shop runs on Shopify, the privacy policy is very extensive, as Shopify, being a US company, processes data (a data processing agreement is required!). Here is a basic framework:

Controller: Felix Graf (Data as in the impressum).

Hosting: Explanation that the shop is hosted by Shopify and what data Shopify collects (IP address, device information).

Payment service providers: Explanation of data transfer to PayPal, Klarna, and Stripe (credit card).
